Drizzle juice from half the lemon over shrimp and salmon, let sit for 3 minutes, then rinse. Pat dry, season with all the dry seasonings. Heat avocado oil, brown salmon pieces for 3 minutes on each side, set aside, then brown shrimp for 3 minutes on each side as well and set aside, in the same skillet add jerk marinade and minced garlic, stir well to combine and cook for 1 minute. Add the pineapple juice and honey, and juice from remaining ½ of lemon stir well to combine. And cook for 5 minutes or until you get desired thickness, add the shrimp and stir well, add the salmon and toss gently.
