
Honey Jerk Salmon Bites and Shrimp

Tender, flaky salmon and juicy jumbo shrimp are seasoned with a blend of smoky spices, Debbie's Caribbean Soul Spice, and a touch of jerk seasoning before being coated in a rich, sweet-and-spicy honey pineapple glaze infused with fresh garlic and bright lemon.

- Drizzle juice from half the lemon over shrimp and salmon, let sit for 3 minutes, then rinse. Pat dry, season with all the dry seasonings. Heat avocado oil, brown salmon pieces for 3 minutes on each side, set aside, then brown shrimp for 3 minutes on each side as well and set aside, in the same skillet add jerk marinade and minced garlic, stir well to combine and cook for 1 minute. Add the pineapple juice and honey, and juice from remaining ½ of lemon stir well to combine. And cook for 5 minutes or until you get desired thickness, add the shrimp and stir well, add the salmon and toss gently.

- You can bake the shrimp and the salmon on 425 for 6-8 minutes, or Air fry on 400 for 6-7 minutes.
