Method
- Marinate the seafood:
- In a bowl, combine jerk marinade, honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper, allspice, coriander, and fennel. Add salmon and shrimp to the mixture and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15–20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
- Cook:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon and shrimp in a single layer (do this in batches if needed). Sear for 2–3 minutes per side or until caramelized, golden, and fully cooked. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp.
