- Wash your chicken wings with water and white vinegar, remove any featers left behind, rinse and pat dry. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil making sure all the wings are coated, seasoned well with all the dry seasonings, add the mustard and the hot sauce and rub well into wings, add the cornstarch and baking powder and massage well into the wings, cover and marinade at least 30 minutes. Preheat Air fryer on 375 degrees, Cook on the first side for 35 minutes, the flip and cook on the second side for 20 minutes. In the meantime in your sauce pan or skillet add olive oil and butter, when butter melts add minced garlic , cook on low for 2 minutes, add remining ingredients and stir well to combine, cook for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
