Ingredients
  

  • 2 small lobster tails split into two, shells on
  • 12 large or jumbo shrimps peeled and deveined
  • ¾ lbs jumbo lump crabs
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp onion powder garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon pepper seasoning, old bay seasoning, white pepper , sazon, creole seasoning
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • Piece of fresh ginger grated
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper finely diced, seeded or non-seeded
  • 1/8 cup white wine optional
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp arrow root powder with 3 tsp water for slurry

Method
 

  1. In a bowl combine all the seasoning mix well.
  2. Wash lobster and shrimp in water with lemon juice, pat dry, drizzle with olive oil and generously seasoned with combination seasonings, leave about 1 ½ tsp for later. In pan heat olive oil, slightly brown shrimp for about 1 minute on each sides, set aside and brown lobster tails 2 minutes on each sides and set aside. In the same pan add butter, fresh garlic and ginger and minced scotch bonnet pepper, stir well to combine, add the wine and stir well to combine, cook for 2 minutes, add the coconut milk, the lemon juice and stir well to combine, bring to a low boil add, the slurry and stir well, add the shrimp and lobster tail, cook for 8 minutes, turn the heat off then add the crab .
  3. Tip: Serve with mashed potatoes, white rice or pasta.
