Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts fillets thinly sliced or however you prefer
  • 1 pack uncooked spaghetti pasta noodles
  • ¼ of a small cabbage thinly cut
  • 2 small carrots cut into small thin strips
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 pinch ginger 9 grated or minced)
  • ½ tri-colour bell peppers sliced
  • 2 ½ tsp Mirren divided
  • 1 ½ tsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce divided
  • 1 tbsp and 1 tsp vegetable oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp and 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp and 1 tsp Chaoxiang cooking wine
  • 1 tsp salt black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of all the dry seasoning for later.
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Wash chicken with water and lemon, trim excess fat. Season with 1 tsp Mirren, ½ tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp hoisin sauce. 1 tsp Chaoxiang cooking wine, salt black pepper onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper . Cover and marinade while preparing the vegetables, or for at least 30 minutes. Heat oil on medium high heat, brown chicken pieces about 2 minutes on each sides, will need to do this in two batches. In the meantime cook past for 7 minutes, when finish drain and cover in cold water. Set brown chicken pieces aside, in the same pan add butter when butter melts add onions and cook for 1 minutes, add the garlic and ginger stir well to combine, cook for 2 minutes, add bell peppers and
