
One Pot Chaicken and Rice

Method
- 3 lbs. chicken
- 2 cups uncooked rice ( washed)
- 1 (15 oz) can of kidney beans
- 1 (15 oz) can of coconut milk
- 1tbsp spicy jerk marinade
- 1 tbsp green seasoning
- 1 tsp Debbies Caribbean Soul spice
- 1 tsp salt ( additional for taste)b
- 1 ½ tsp all-purpose seasoning (divided 1 n ½)
- 1 ½ tsp ground scotch bonnet pepper (divided 1 ½)
- 1 ½ tsp onion powder, garlic powder 91 n1/2)
- 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika ( divided 1 n1/2)
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 ½ tsp Caribbean sazon ( divided 1n ½)
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 green onions ( washed and smashed)
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 cloves garlic ( minced)
- Pinch of fresh ginger grated.
- 2 bay leaves
- 6-8 whole all-spice cloves
