
Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken

- Remove excess skin and fat from chicken, wash with white vinegar and water, or lemon juice and water. Rinse and pat dry. In a small bowl combine all the dry seasonings mix and mix well to combine. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil onto chicken pieces and later well onto chicken pieces. Season chicken with the seasoning mix leaving about ½ tsp for later. Cover and marinade at least 1 hour. Heat remaining 3 tbsp olive oil on medium heat, brown chicken pieces for 6 minutes on each sides.
