
Oven Jerk Pork Chops with Pineapple Sauce
These oven-baked jerk pork chops are bold, smoky, and packed with Caribbean flavor. The pork chops are seasoned generously with jerk marinade, green seasoning, aromatic dry herbs, and warm spices, then marinated to deepen the flavor before being baked until tender and juicy.

- Wash and clean porkchops with water and white vinegar. Season with all the seasonings listed, using your hands be sure to rub seasonings well into porkchops Cover and marinade at least 2 hours (overnight if possible)
- Preheat oven to 350, spray baking pan with oil of choice. Layer pork chops on baking pan, bake uncovered for a total of 45 minutes, flipping them at the halfway mark. At about 12 minutes to pork chops finishing, in a large sauce pan, add olive oil and butter, add minced garlic sauté for2 minutes, add crush pineapple, and stir to combine, add green onions, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, lemon juice, water, str and mix well to combine, add the dry seasonings and mix well to combine. Add the pork chops in , flip them so both sides will have sauce, then using a large spoon, continue to coat each pieces. Cover and cook on low for 8 minutes.
