- After washing cabbage and kale, drain well. Heat olive oil, add onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and scotch bonnet saute for 3 minutes, add minced garlic stir well to combine, and saute for 2 minute. Add the carrots and stir well to combine Add the kale and the broth, use a tongue and mix well to combine, cover and cook on low for 6 minutes, add the cabbage, the dry seasonings and use a tongue to mix well, add the butter and , cover and cook for 5 minutes
- Tip: depending on how soft you like your vegetables, you can cook a little longer if you choose.
