The homemade mango sauce brings everything together with fruity mango juice, honey or agave, fresh garlic, and ginger. Scotch bonnet pepper adds that signature Caribbean heat, while lemon juice and Champagne vinegar balance the sweetness with a bright, tangy finish. A little butter gives the sauce a rich, silky texture that coats every bite.
Whether you’re serving them for game night, a family gathering, or a weekend dinner, these wings deliver a delicious mix of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors. Toss them in the mango sauce for a sticky finish, or drizzle it over the top to let that crispy coating shine.
