- Wash meat, pat dry and seasoned with all the dry seasonings listed above including the Worcestershire sauce. Cover and marinade overnight or at least 2 hours. Heat olive oil on medium heat, brown meat about 3 minutes on each sides. Set aside and in the same pan sauté onions and garlic about 2 minutes, Add green seasoning and tomato paste stir well to combine, sauté for 1 minute, and flour and mix well to combine add wine stir well to combine, add butter and broth, stir well to combine. Placed brown meat in, cover and cook in the oven for / hours.
