
Orange Teriyaki Pork Chops

- Wash pork chops, then pat dry, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and lather both sides of each pork chops, season with all the dry seasonings well on both sides. Marinade at least 30 minutes, preheat Air fryer on 375 and Airfy for a total of 24 minutes, 12 minutes on each side. In the meantime in a sauce pan, add ½ tbsp olive oil, butter add garlic and ginger saute for 2 minutes stirring constantly, add lemon zest, stir to incorporate , add orange juice, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and mix well. To add water, pour it into the bowl you seasoned the pork chops in to get any remaining seasonings left behind. Stir to combine well, cover and cook on low for about 5 minutes, add the Air fry pork chops and using a spoon base each piece well,
