Ingredients
  

  • ½ lbs. Yukon gold potatoes washed and cut in desired sized
  • 1 lb. fresh green beans washed
  • 2 medium carrots washed, peeled and cut into desired sizes
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ stick of butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 tsp salt white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder,
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika ground scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1/8 cup low sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth

Method
 

  1. In a skillet heat olive oil, add potatoes, and chicken or vegetable stock, and cover with lid, cook for 15 minutes, add carrots and stir well to combine, cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally , add green beans and stir well to combine, add onions and garlic ,stir well to combine, add butter and stir until butter melts, add the seasonings and stir gently to combine, cook for 5 minutes
