
Spicy Pineapple Chocken Wings

- In a bowl combine all the dry seasonings and mix well to combine. Wash wings with water and vinegar, rinse and pat dry. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil and rub olive oil well onto wings to coat. Season with the dry seasonings blend, leaving 2 tsp for later. Rub seasoning into chicken well, cover and marinade at least 1 hour. Heat avocado oil and brown chicken wings on each side for at least 3 minutes. Set aside, in the same pan, add the butter, sauté the bell peppers and garlic for 2 minutes, add pineapple juice, Chaoxiang cooking wine, soy sauce, honey , water and Jamaican hot sauce, stir well to combine, add the remaining dry seasoning bled and mix well to combine, bring to a low boil and add the chicken wings in cover and cook for 15 minutes.
