- Remove scales from salmon, leaving skin on or off. Wash clean, and pat dry. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well to combine. Seasoned both sides of the salmon well. Cover and marinade for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay parchment paper on baking sheet and spray with olive oil. Bake for 45 minutes.
